When will I receive my order?
To offer competitive prices to our customers, Fits Classic ships directly from the makers or suppliers. As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer than standard national shipping. Order preparation usually takes 1-2 working days, while delivery within Italy typically occurs within 6-8 working days. Therefore, the total shipping time is generally between 7-10 working days.

My order is late – what can I do?
Although most shipments arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen. If more than 3 working days have passed since the expected delivery date and you have not yet received your package, please contact our customer service by writing to info@fitsclassic.com.

Are there shipping costs?
No, all orders placed on the Fits Classic website include free shipping, regardless of the cart value or destination within Italy.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

If you receive a damaged product, please do not return it immediately. Contact us first by email at info@fitsclassic.com, attaching photos that clearly show the damage. Our team will assess the situation and offer you the most suitable solution.

What if I ordered the wrong product or changed my mind?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first at info@fitsclassic.com. We will do our best to help you find the ideal solution. In case of return, the shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
